GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The Brussels Festival du Fil takes place at Be-Here at 4, rue Dieudonné Lefèvre, 1020 Brussels
  • , the following opening days and times to the public: Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, March 29, 2026 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • The entrance passes to the Brussels Festival du Fil are available on www.festivaldufil.be and on site on the days of the festival.
  • After validation of the entrance pass on arrival at the festival, a personal and non-transferable bracelet will allow access to the Brussels Festival du Fil.
  • One and two-day passes allow personal and non-transferable use and entry is exclusive for the chosen date.
  • Access to the event will be conditioned by the capacity of the venues.
  • At the Be-here where the Brussels Festival du fil is taking place, it is forbidden to enter with pets, to smoke inside the premises and to cause any type of disturbance that disturbs public order.
  • The organization of the Brussels Festival du Fil reserves the right of admission, to intervene and to request at any time the departure of people who could disturb the order of the event at Be-Here.
  • Visitors must follow the instructions of the accredited staff of the event in case of an emergency in order to guarantee security in the premises.

Workshop information

  • Please plan toarrive 10 minutes before the start of theWorkshop.
  • All information on the workshops (level, prerequisites and equipment to be provided) are specified in the description on the site.
  • No reimbursement of the workshops nis possible.

Cancellation and refund

  • According to the Belgian legislative provisions, the tickets cannot be the subject of a right of withdrawal. Any order is then legally considered firm and final. No refunds or changes to entrance passes or workshops are possible.
  • Brussels Festival du Fil reserves the right not to accept refunds of any kind, as soon as the purchase of a one or two-day pass (and/or the reservation of a workshop) is confirmed. The non-use of the Pass by the buyer does not create any obligation for Brussels Festival du fil with regard to its reimbursement.
  • In the event of cancellation of the Brussels Festival du fil event due to force majeure, the organization will reimburse the total price of the order at the request of the user, within a maximum period of 20 days after notification by Brussels Festival du Fil. The refund (excluding termination fees such as transport or accommodation) will be made within a maximum of 15 days after the request.. 
  • Brussels Festival du Fil reserves the right to cancel the entrance to the festival without notice, in the event of fraudulent use of a pass by the user.

The consumer has the option of safeguarding or editing these general conditions, it being specified that both the safeguard and the edition of this document are his sole responsibility. The consumer, prior to his order, declares that the acquisition of these products is unrelated to his professional activity, their acquisition being reserved for personal use on his part.
