 Our exhibitors

Exposant festival du Fil de Bruxelles 2026

The beating heart of an event like this are the exhibitors. For this second edition of the Bruxelles Festival du fil, we have carefully woven a network of 60 extraordinary exhibitors — 100% creative and utterly inspiring.

It’s the perfect opportunity to meet those who shape the world of thread and needle, to chat with them, understand their approach, and above all, discover new horizons to make your creative passion beat even stronger. All of this, in Brussels, where creativity is knitted together with the art of living.

Each of them is a unique fabric, blending commitment, skill, and exceptional quality. Whether you’re passionate about sewing, an avid knitter, a crochet fan, or a lover of embroidery, these creators will awaken your curiosity and fuel your inspiration.

This is not a  fair

Yes, the Bruxelles Festival du fil brings together creators around knitting, sewing, crochet, and embroidery. Yes, it’s a space where thread enthusiasts meet for a weekend. But no, it’s definitely not a fair like any other.

It’s a festival.

A festival where creativity overflows, where inspiration is knitted between the stands, where encounters come together as easily as a knit stitch. A playful, bold event, joyfully infused with that famous Belgian touch — you know, that little bit of madness from the flat country that makes us do things a little differently.

For this second edition, we’re getting back to work with even more audacity, more surprises, and that special energy that makes the creative community buzz.

So open your eyes wide (and your heart). On the thread, anything can happen…

 Workshops &   talks

Le Festival du Fil is also a weekend full of workshops and talks – enough to turn your thirst for learning into a creative feast!

Come and discover new techniques, explore worlds you’d never dared to try, chat with passionate experts and leave with stars in your eyes and a head full of new skills.

Knitting, sewing, embroidery, weaving, dyeing, crocheting, inspiring talks…there’s something for every taste and all level – always led by instructors who have the special spark that makes all the difference.

Want to fill up on inspiration and know-how? Now’s your chance!

Psssst… Places are limited, so don’t wait too long!

Sew, embroider, knit, and  begin over

It’s the story of thousands of women and men who fell head over heels into a magical cauldron of threads — tangling, untangling, intertwining — telling stories, stitch by stitch, loop by loop.

Each stitch we make weaves an intimate bond with our creativity and our bodies, inviting us to celebrate our uniqueness.

Lovers of sewing, knitting, embroidery and weaving have, without even realizing it, started a gentle revolution that’s ready to sparkle.

They needed an event here in Belgium to celebrate this passion-revolution that keeps reinventing itself, day after day.

The festival also has its own  podcast

While waiting to meet them in the flesh (and in wool and fabric!) at this new edition of the BFF, you can already listen to the voices of your favourite creators in your headphones.

They open up to the Festival du Fil’s microphone in a podcast designed to keep you company during your creative sessions — or, let’s be honest, on your metro rides.
They talk about their entrepreneurial journeys, the backstage of their businesses, and the passion that led them to leave the beaten track to follow the thread of their dreams.

True stories, inspiring paths, and that heartfelt authenticity that feels good to the soul.

At one end of the thread, there’s a microphone.
At the other, passionate and fascinating creators.

Will you be there — at the other end of the thread — to listen?

Behind the BFF, there are hands, know-how, and sometimes… formidable allies.

Le Festival du Fil de Bruxelles wouldn’t be what it is without its partners: institutions and brands that share our love of thread, creativity, quality, and sharing knowledge.

These collaborations aren’t just logos: they are real encounters between enthusiasts, united by the desire to promote textile creativity in Belgium and beyond.
